This station, which houses the Laurier-Station operation of the Quebec public safety agency, is a good example of successfully incorporating sustainability into a design. It also received a silver LEED certification. Applying our creativity and flair for taking all expressed needs into account, we were able to fine-tune and adjust the interior spaces and thereby add considerable value to the building. We dealt with closed offices, two prisoner cells, a training area and clothes closets. Both the building design and the site improvements yielded increased energy efficiencies while reducing the negative environmental impact of the construction.
